Tom Lee Music Victoria

Our experience was outstanding from start to finish! A number of months back we set out to visit multiple stores in search of a new piano for my wife. Our first stop was Tom Lee Music in Victoria and soon it was clear this was the only stop to make. We worked with Simon Phillips who is very professional at what he does! He showed us a range of vehicle mainly centering around Hybrids which he focused on based on what we were after. His suggestions were bang on! After a few months of considering options and becoming personally okay with the purchase I reached out to Simon again. He was so easy to work with remotely from the order, arrival in-store, and finally home delivery. He updated us on the status at every stage and today our brand new Yamaha NU1X arrived. My wife loves it and don't regret for a second choosing Tom Lee Music. The experience was truly made by working with Simon and can't stress enough how highly I recommend working with him and the team at Tom Lee Music Victoria.

Amazing experience. Highly recommend. Picked up a vintage guitar today and brought it in for it to be restrung. Braeden was amazing. The job was done in no time what so ever and he even went above and beyond cleaning it up for me. Between him and Rosa I got a little more knowledge and educated about the guitar as well. 5 star service professionalism and all around experience. Thank you!

Great place to hangout, find the instruments you like. Great people, great manager, I have bought 4 of my guitars and other oddities here. They are friendly and always there to help you. Gary, Paul, Liam and the others, their names escape my old mind :-)

Visited the Victoria shop twice in the past few months. Depsite numerous staff and only a few customers, I was unable to catch the attention of anyone to query the price of an Orange Amp. They all appeared distracted in stocking shelves or perhaps disinterested. I’ve bought lots in past at the friendly Tom Lee shop in Vancouver. Quite the opposite vibe here. I even wrote the company twice in hopes this was an outlier or a bad day - not a single effort to respond. Quite dumbfounded really, as there is another player in town. Clearly business is booming so much at Tom Lee that you can afford to divert customers toward L&M. Disappointing.

Tom Lee Music offers wonderful instruments and a great concert stage! I also always appreciate Simon's great help!
