I called this company on the 20/03/22 to have a shingle replaced on my roof. The gentleman said he would be here the next day around 1 pm. My wife waited at my house and no one showed up. I texted and called numerous times and all of a sudden I get a response saying that he was on another job and he would be here later. At 5h30 pm I texted him and asked if he was still coming. He texted back with a simple NON. I texted back that he could have just texted me earlier or called me be nothing. He then said it was because his son got hurt. When I told him to forget about coming, I also said I was going to write a review about his company he said Go ahead write what you want, a client like you I don’t need. Extreme lack of professionalism, punctuatity and very poor response.

J ai engagé toiture asm pour refaire mon toit au mois de juin 2020. Mon toit a coulé la première pluie.. ils ont revenue plusieurs fois pour réparer car ils ne font que de réparation rapide.. très mauvaise réparation. A refaire l été prochain. ca couler a l intérieure de ma résidence et Ils m ont promis de réparer mais ca ne réponds pus a mes téléphones. Ont est rendu au mois de décembre et j ai engagé une autre compagnie pour la réparation.

I had the roof done In October 2019, in the spring of 2020 I called him to tell him that the roof is still leaking ... still not settled ....
