Unprofessional guys come in a questionable state. Just not serious as a business. Do not keep your word. Accomplished submission and sensible work to begin 2 weeks later. Finally the entrepreneur never shows up and does not even contact me to let me know. Do not answer his phone and do not return calls. Be wary of this type of contractor and the guarantees offered.
