My wife Pascale Gladu is doing business with Mr. Ian D.Britt in family law. She had a legal aid mandate and that ended with a complaint to the syndic of the bar. It's simple, none but no call back, no follow up, nonchalant and very arrogant. After a few attempts to obtain a copy of her file in order to change her lawyer, she finally succeeded. In less than 24hrs only !! after contacting Cayer Ouellette's office, his intention to make a complaint to the trustee of the bar ... I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone but, this office to other lawyer and I am sure they are all very knowledgeable in their field.
