The staff is super friendly I've been going there since it opened! The facilities is beautifully designed and the staff accomodates your every need.
I had a hair cut and balayage. Not the result I expected. My hair was long and healthy. Came out crispy old looking hair. Not the color I wanted. As a first timer for hair dye, i wanted it subtle, but came out like a trying hard balayage. The hair cut was not good at all, I had to cut some long missed hair in the back. For the price I paid, 227$, it was disappointing. I got to go to other salon and redo my haircut. The hairdresser was nice, but that was it.
