I first went to 360 punch out of curiosity. I was intrigued by the concept! I was overweight and didn't train for a few years and was bored by the average gyms and the boring vibes. I quickly realized that this facility was completely different from what I was accustomed to. They created a community! The trainers are very qualified! Actually, they are professional athletes! Within a few months I lost 40lbs by following their advice! I have never felt so good! This place radiates positivity! I now look forward to training! I wish my schedule would permit me to go every day!!

An awesome facility. Coaches are MMA gods. You'll be training alongside very high level fighters who are inclusive, encouraging, fun, amazing teachers—whether sparring in the gym, drilling fight techniques or giving signature exercise classes to tone and condition. Their MyZone heart rate program took my personal training & exercise habits to the next level.
