The staff is amazing ans super helpful!!! The facilities are always clean and prestine😍 Such an awesome environment to workout in and I couldn't reccomend it enough! Our whole friend group comes to workout together every day and we have a great time AND a great workout. Not to mention the trainers who are super helpful and go out of their way to make sure you meet your althetic goals!

(Update): the gym called me back 1 hour later and has apologized, there was a medical issue and It happens. Otherwise cool gym with new equipment and a pool, good vip membership where you can bring a guest unlimited times. (Updated)Cool gym great equipment..but quick incident why I gave 2 stars: Its 6 in the morning, we've been waiting for 30 minutes outside the gym,on the doorsays it opens at 5am, google says it opens at 5am... no worker is present and many people are waiting outside. If that's not professional I don't know what is.

Had a pleasant first impression. Helen and Kevin from the front desk were very patient showing me around and explaining all the membership options. The place too has a very nice and friendly vibe. Also for covid-19, everything is sparkling clean, sanitizers everywhere, and everyone is keeping their distance or wearing face masks.

Gyms have been closed in Quebec since October 6th and despite this, they are still charging me a monthly fee plus other fees triple the regular monthly fee. I have only been a member for a short time. They provide an email on their Google Review Reply but no one responds. They only respond to Google Reviews with nice words but NO actual action is taken to resolve this case.Needless to say, I REGRET JOINING THIS GYM. For years I have been coming on Google to provide businesses with 5 star ratings. Sadly its not the case here.

Dirty, extremely disorganized, rarely open on time although it was supposed to be a 24 hours gym. On top of that, my wife and I have been overcharged twice. And what is the solution they offer? We'll extend your membership once we reopen. Because of course, they keep taking money from our account even though they are closed. I wonder how many people are going through the same situation. Shady business practices. Hopefully one day we will be refunded what these thieves have taken from us. Don't forget kids; you get what you pay for.
