Opus Athletics-Home of Crossfit Whistler

What I noticed when I joined Opus Athletics is that it's much more than your regular gym. There is a strong sense of comradery, passion, and community. All of the coaches are amazing and very knowledgeable and trying to get the best out of you. In the last few months, I have been dealing with sciatica and lumbar spine issues and had to stop exercising for a while. The moment I was able to do physio and start moving again, coach Austin prepped specific programming for me so I can still get a decent work out in while protecting my spine and strengthening the core. Their knowledge is invaluable and I am thankful I can do a whole work out these days. It doesn't matter if you are a mom trying to fit a class in between the kids and work schedule or an Olympic athlete, or if you are aiming for your best PR or recovering from an injury - this gym is great for anyone!
