It's a parking lot not much to say, there's regular pickup and drop off. The staff is friendly. But it's not inexpensive. Before you go it's a good idea to go online and print out a parking voucher to save a little bit.

Had a reservation for the valet park n fly - I showed up only to be told there was no room and the employee took off and left me there at the entry gate - no assistance at all - 5am in the morning in the dark. So much for booking a space in advance. I barely made it on time for my flight thanks to this! This not the first time I have received rude service either! I will be looking for alternatives!

We chose to use their parking lot this early February 2019 during our week long vacation and upon returning from our trip, we discovered that significant damage had been done to our vehicle. One of their own plow drivers destroyed the rear quarter panel and bumper of our vehicle and did not leave a note with their office. I contacted them and they said that they are not responsible even though they admitted that they do clear the snow in these lots on their own. Now we're stuck with repairs that will cost $4260.00. Now that's expensive parking my friends. I would recommend that you park elsewhere or take public transit unless you have really good comprehensive damage insurance coverage, in which you would still pay your deductible amount.

The parking is ok but it is quite far from the airport. Not to mention the wait when coming home for the shuttle bus back to the car. The directions were not clear as to which parking you were standing in line for and we had to wait for the 4th shuttle as there were so many people. The shuttle drivers we had were very nice and polite though. However, our flight was also delayed 3h so our parking which should have cost $99.99 valet with Sunwing turned into $136. Still not bad for 7 days parking but last year I took an Uber door to door, no hassle and it was near $50 each way, off the island of Montreal. When your vacations over you just want to get home so avoid any hassles if possible. By the way that is by far 'valet' parking. No attendants present at the parking or gates only the shuttle bus driver.
