The vet was super helpful and provided lots of information and helped me explore my options. However, the experience itself was very traumatic. They took my cat and provided me with very little information. They told me he would likely be there for 5 hours maximum, but ended up keeping him all night without any updates. I managed to reach them at once point midway through the night and they told me he was stable the whole time. Had I known this earlier, I would have picked him up and taken him to his regular vet in the morning. When I picked him up, he was so dehydrated and his claws were bloody from trying to scratch his way out of the cage. I'm convinced he was left in the cage all night without attention or fresh water, because when he got home he CHUGGED his whole water bowl (if you know cats, you know it's hard to get them to drink water at the best of times). Overall, this was a very traumatic experience and I wouldn't recommend bringing your animal there unless it's a very clear emergency.

They don't care about your animal only how much you have in your bank account .. Young dog left to die because we couldn't pay $5000-$6000 plus extras. At another vet the same SIMPLE operation cost us $1300... I understand it's the weekend and they charge more. We got quoted $3700 by them (we were ready to pay) couldn't afford to pay when they doubled the price when we got there...

Both of my cats were diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I decided to have them undergo the radioactive iodine treatment that required a 3-10 day overnight stay. The technicians called me everyday to let me know how my babies were doing and even sent me the odd photo. I felt like they were in amazing hands and, best of all, they are so much healthier since they returned home ❤ I really appreciated the care and attention that they were given. Thank you so much!

The staff helped us through one of the more difficult moments of our lives with so much grace and empathy and then was kind enough to send us their condolences by card. We are very touched by this gesture and really recommend this clinic.

Unfortunately our beautiful dog was very sick and we had to put her to sleep. Everyone at DMV was very kind and supportive during what was a very difficult time.
