Whistler Post Office

Shipping my packages from the Whistler PO in the Marketplace is always easy and pretty much stress free. I have the PO app so I fill out custom forms ahead of time and track my packages easily. I find the postal staff is always friendly and helpful. They always give me the best options for saving money and genuinely seem interested in making the experience pleasant. That’s on a good year. 2020? I find them even more efficient and pleasant and am grateful that they are following the rules to keep us safe.

Excellent service! I was surprised with how helpful the staff were - way more laid back than the post office staff in Vancouver and actually answered questions and gave me options for sending some parcels to the USA.

Very rude staff. Very slow staff. They dont care about anyone but themselves. They are completely incompetent and have no clue especially the so called Post master. Extremely rude and in competent. Doesn't know what shes doing.

Received a letter today (Dec 22) from RMOW in Whistler to a Whistler PO Box. Letter postmarked on Dec 6. It took 16 days to get a letter sent from a Whistler address to a Whistler address. I realize it is busy with the Xmas rush, but really? Every time I go to collect my mail at the Whistler Post Office, I open my mailbox, and all I can see is Amazon boxes piled up in front of my mailbox, and no mail in the post box. There is no way anyone is doing any sorting of mail into post boxes, cause they can't - there is no way to put the mail in the post box with boxes impeding them! Talked to someone in the Whistler Post Office about this quite a while ago - as the boxes have been impeding my mailbox for months - she said they were going to get another location for parcels (across from Mons). But yeah, they haven't built it yet. Good planning. Think it's time Canada Post in Whistler got another location that can handle the volume. Oh, and seems like the Whistler Post Master is hiding, as there is no email address listed on the internet for them.

Waited 30 seconds on a Monday afternoon. Staff was helpful and friendly
