You arrive at 8 am, you are told that the only trained employee starts at 10 am ... You try again another day at 4:40 pm, she counts her till, telling you that it is closed. It is marked 8 am to 6 pm on the sign ... No way to speak to the manager. If you want to make a complaint, you are told to call Canada Post. Not strong!

Rarely someone at the counter, a lot of waiting, sometimes closed even during official opening hours, service that leaves much to be desired ... We always have the impression of disturbing the employees when we need the service of the post. It's not pleasant for anyone. Could we have something more permanent like before the renovations ??? At the time that the post office was in the beer corners ?? It's embarrassing that this counter is deserting an entire municipality ...

Tout simplement pas de service. souvent fermé pendant les heures d'ouverture, ou alors on peut lire une pancarte : " fermé temporairement" mais on ne sais pas quand ca va ouvrir.... un jour fermé entre 12h et 13h un jour fermé 30 min avant car son logiciel est long a fermer.... C'est au petit bonheur la chance ! De plus on a l 'impression que ca dérange quand on y va... personne qui souffle et nonchalante. On m'a envoyé des documents (10ene de pages) sous forme de colis et me disant que le suivi pour courrier papier existais pas, seulement pour colis ....( étonnant, ca existe dans d'autre bureau de poste ! ) J'ai alors payé 20 dollars pour un envoi de papier .... c'est vraiment très décevant. je n'irai plus
