They were able to get my dog in within 48 hours of me calling, whereas everywhere else was booking at least a week out. We definitely couldn't have waited a week, as things progressed quickly. They were very pleasant, thorough and educated me on all my options. My dog came out happy, and we will definitely return again if needed in the future

Dr Kirby is professional, kind and supportive. Recently, when our dog presented with a leg issue, she explained possible outcomes, and solutions. As it happened we have been referred to a specialist but that was done with ease and confidence. Our other dog had an infection and Dr Kirby was quickly able to identify the issue, provide a practical solution, alongside thorough explanation and all with a genuine sense of support; it is apparent she loves her job and caring for animals. The team at Coast are articulate and supportive.

With limited choices here in town we were forced to bring our dog to this clinic many times. Routine visits were acceptable. We got a different Vet Doc almost every time even with appointments made far in advance. There was zero continuity in service and care. After roughly a half dozen visits my dog still has the same issues. When my dog did have emergencies they were never willing to accommodate. All around I felt like my dog and I were just one of many paying top of market fees for average at best service and an attitude that said they were doing me the favor for the pricy visit. Spend the time to go to Squamish or Pemberton. It is a much better experience and you may find resolution to your loved pets problem. They even say thank you and appreciate your business.

I was very impressed with the level of service here! My dog woke up one morning with a swollen eye and they were able to see me that day. The vet explained the test he wanted to do and told me all the prices up front before getting started. He quickly diagnosed her with an eye infection and prescribed some eye drops for my dog. The following day, when I was struggling to get the drops in her eyes, they found a couple minutes in their already full schedule to see her again to administer the drops for me. The vet tech even came out and showed me exactly how to do it without upsetting my dog so that I would be able to give her the next dose. Everyone I spoke to was sympathetic to my struggles and my dogs discomfort and I am immensely grateful to all their help!
