Despite the young age of a mover, I was impressed to see how well he knew what he was doing. The competence of your employees, the friendliness and politeness and perhaps that little extra to help. I really liked that they have disinfectant in the truck and he uses it often. I would have liked to help relocate to save some money but I understand that the covid rules do not allow them but hey .. too bad. I am completely satisfied.

Satisfied ... right down to the invoice. To avoid this kind of bad surprise, here is the calculation method to apply. For a move proposed at $ 120 / h, it really takes $ 168.185 / h and for $ 160 / h, it really takes $ 224.25 / h. Then add 1 hour to the time actually spent. So for a 3 ½ move that would take 4 hours, you would have to pay 5 hours or $ 841 in the first case and $ 1,121.25 in the second case. And, over the time you estimate, add an hour for preparation and packing time. If it had been clearly explained to me, I would not have gone through this service. If they're within your budget, the people who have attended are very professional. However, if you have to make a complaint, be prepared to be insulted and threatened.

We called on this company which says low price because we believed that it was much cheaper than the others. The price is not the same and the agreements of the departure are not respected thus as long as of the covid the protective measures like the wearing of the mask and gloves, on their arrival they had nothing of all that. We have already prepared and packed everything ourselves and only for large furniture, nothing else. For only 3 hours. We understood as covid the prices may be different but not at this point and we asked the phone how much more difference .. made to the billing at the end not at all the same .. much too expensive for the port of the name at a low price in my opinion. Add more costs ... surprise !! to billing which was not mentioned upfront. And the non respect of protection of the covid. It is a definite cross on this company and I have not recommended it to those around me for future moves.

I received 5 star service and I am very happy. The 3 movers were smiling and polite and I had my furniture stored temporarily and I still can't believe how nice and clean the warehouse is. There is everything we need to protect us for covid and free of charge (mask, disinfectant) I recommend them.
