Poor service, the team having carried out the move unprofessional with personal opinions on the items to be moved. A service that goes against the rules of the art of customer service! Place items in the truck spaced apart taking up more space than necessary. The morning of the move, they showed up with a 45 'thinking they were picking up items that did not fit in the truck. Forced to finish the move by myself for a long distance.

Do not do business with them !!!!! Charge 15 mins one way and 15 return travel while I am two blocks from their warehouse. They started the move at 11:45 a.m. and finished at 3:15 p.m. I only had one room to move. When they left, there were boxes outside. No sense of organization and resourcefulness. One of the movers was carrying bags of super light cloths one by one. Super disappointment. I wanted to avoid the stress of moving and I finally had to help speed things up😠

Very poor service from the owner, unfortunately. The guys in the field followed our directions well and were motivated however, but had a few damaged things, without follow-up. Inadequate reservation service, after all the necessary information and even a request to visit the refused places, the truck was too small. Deplorable after-sales service.

Worst moving experience. The furniture arrived completely broken. We tried to negotiate with them, no excuse or compensation offered. In response to the owner's comment: How funny that by putting a negative public comment, you now want to compensate us for trying to save appearances. You should spend more time caring for injured clients than managing an image that is already badly tarnished by your terrible service. In addition, for those who are able to delve a little, there are very strong clues that the positive comments you have are those of your employees to whom you have asked to register them.

The movers were very meticulous but also very fast. The antique furniture has been perfectly treated. The most professional we have dealt with, to date! Aude and Jean-Joseph
