I have been dealing with indigo for five years for the storage of my collection vehicle during the winter,
The first two years I had excellent service at a reasonable price, then the prices went up a lot, last year I am given an appointment to show me the parking spot for the season ... no one comes.
I say to myself an unreliable employee there is in all the companies it is not more serious.
But this year he gives me an appointment at 10am to show me parking and give me the contract, no one comes I find parking alone. The person supposed to take care of me calls me at 11:30 to tell me he's on the road ... very ordinary.
I am told that I can add months to my storage when I want without problem if it is not nice enough to leave it, perfect then I take until the first of April, I call late March to add a month view that the weather is still announcing snow, have told me that it is impossible to do this, treat me as a liar by telling me that I have not said that and forced me to get out my vehicle.
The worst lack of respect and customer service I have seen.
I will never do it again with this company
