I have never had a community post office and for about 4 months I have had difficulty recovering my packages because they all go to the post office there and when I take the steps to speak to the managers on site, I have the right to niensage. I am told that my packages are not there and that it would be pointless for me to show up on site with my identity documents because they do not have the packages. ... Exasperated. Their communication problems have been going on long before the pandemic!

I would have given 0 stars but to vote I had no choice. I really had a bad service. Twice they refused to serve me and the last time she told me that my package could explode. It is not a bomb that I wanted to send but a small tube of hair dye. They ask her colleague, "what do you think?" His colleague did not answer and went back and I did not see him again. In the end I moved to another post office and send my package. I called and made a complaint and I was better served next time. They told me that if the person does not want to send your package we can ask to see the article of law. Go Explode Frankly!
