"Post office closed". However, it is Saturday 11:15 am, it is indicated open on their website

I went to pick up a package at the counter in January. The following week, I receive a "final notice" at home, so I return to the counter, I am told that it is probably the parcel that I picked up the previous week. I am waiting for a package that contains MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. So I ask that we check with my name, my address, I am told that there is nothing. Next thing I know, I spend 1 hour online with the company since my package was returned to the company in the days following my visit to the branch. All that to make me say "What do you want to do ???" Terrible service.
