I'm going to the post office counter to send a birthday present to a friend (A board game). I ask the employee which box the game could fit into. She answers me I don't know. In my humble opinion, she should know her products and the measures. It's like going to a restaurant and asking the waitress that she is the soup of the day and that she ignores it. So she offers me a bubble bag. I ask him what format which advice me. Again she ignores it. I let him know that the measurements listed for the dimensions mean nothing to me. His answer ? Neither did she know.
