An hour of waiting to post a standard parcel for a company and it is not the first time that the waiting time is very very long. Three employees respond to a single client. I can understand a query, but there was only me in the queue. It would not have been difficult to complete my transaction which lasts 2 minutes while the other two employees try to understand the other client who was not sufficiently prepared. After that, at the cash register, instead of apologizing for the waiting time, they dare to tell me that "I seem in a hurry". Unheard of and I am usually patient and understanding.

I have never seen so much incompetence in the same place. Service not only very very slow, but inadequate. The ladies who work there do not check the condition of their photocopies (sold overpriced -20 pages = $ 11) when I return to mention them they realize they have missed ink. I come back 10 minutes later to realize that they are unable to change their ink cartridges. I then ask for a refund, of course. Same problem, they still do not know how to do it. It took me 35 minutes of my time to leave without my refund, because it seems that some activity in the backstore was more urgent than my refund which I had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. Do we care less about us?
