They don't deserve a 2-star rating. They provide standard service and getting or sending your item is very easy. They might have some delay rarely, but it is not a reason to say they are always bad. Overall, they offer a good service, but not a great one.

I had a package delivery attempt at my house on Monday and was left a slip stating it would be available after 13h. When I arrived the persons working marked the box for Tuesday and said to come back tomorrow. The delivery truck had just dropped packages that were undeliverable for the day. She said to come back tomorrow because she didn’t have time to look for my package. There was no one in line behind me and she had an extra staff available to help. If this wasn’t a time sensitive delivery, I would say nothing. But I did not feel like anything was done to service my request. Unfortunate experience.

had a delivery attempt left in my house, went to pick the packt after the indicated hour, the lady told me it was not in the system et and she had to enter the packets that were on the floor (about 10 packets or so), i asked if she coudl just find my packet among those 10 packets on the floor, she refused telling that it woudl take her 30 min to do so (i would do it in about 1 to 2 min max), anyway, have to come back tomorrow. in brief, terrible service, lady too lazy, doenst want to move a bit and work / provide the service she has to provide. bad attitude also.
