Difficult communication. Extra costs despite clear initial explications of the work wanted. No follow-up on problems until months later. They wanted payment before checking that the work was properly done. Overall, I think the work was properly done, but the communication was so problematic for a respectable company and there was never a clear acknowledgement of that. Problem was resolved only a year later.

Called twice for a quote. The person never introduced himself. I called back twice and give back my Full contact . Never heard from. That says a lot about their professionalism ..... Update: finally after seeing my review on Google the company immediately called me back after a few days. The appraiser who handled my case was very courteous and very professional and sent me the quote after a few days. Unfortunately the bid did not match my ability to pay.
