The winter following the installation of our new roof, a little water infiltrated inside our house. We did not know if the cause was the roof (improper installation) or the window which dates back 15 years, so we contacted Toitures Multi Métal (region of Quebec) so that they come to check, and thus eliminate or not this potential cause. , their work. On three occasions, the field team had to call back "within a week" before moving on, but these after-sales attempts were unsuccessful. Since then, the cause has been identified (accumulation of ice in the gutter) but the deficient after-sales service suggests difficulties in enforcing the 10-year warranty on installation.
