We did business with Portes et Fenêtres Tremblay for the change of our 2 front doors. These had restrictions in terms of cultural heritage regulations at the level of the transoms in Limoilou above the door. We had impeccable service from A to Z.
First, the price was competitive, it's good products so without being the entry-level price, the price was competitive with similar products.
The file was well managed in terms of installation, all Réno-Vert papers were sent to us easily, without having to ask for anything.
Eventually we had some bad luck, One of the two doors was more exposed to the winds. The belt that had been installed worked but without taking any risk if the door opened to the winds that it could come and touch the brick and therefore break. Doors and Windows Tremblay came to replace the door, free of charge, they had mentioned that they would come back to me by the end of August. Yesterday August 31, the lady called me and their teams came today. I would highly recommend, good products and good service. I'm not surprised that a company like this has been in business for over 15 years. Thank you so much!
Impeccable after-sales service. Have made purchases of doors and windows without installation from them. Unfortunately, in the following 2 years, we were forced to make more than one service call for the products purchased, despite their high quality. However, the service obtained was really great and fast.

On the other hand for the installation it is another story
Delivery of a dented door and waited three months to replace it.
Purchase made on July 4, 2019 and installation completed on January 13, 2020
We were told 4a 6 weeks.
Do not pay the total bill before installation.
Very professional company, very good service.
We had a new patio door installed by Portes et Fenêtres Tremblay in September 2018. We had excellent service throughout the process and we got great value for money. We are very satisfied!
