Shack Shape Studio Campbell River

I really enjoy the New Warrior class. I feel like I am sculpting my body through my yoga practice. I am feeling stronger and more flexible with each class, and I find I can get deeper into the poses as my confidence grows. An added benefit for me is less pain from arthritis. Thank you Dale for a great class

Five Stars isn’t Enough to show How Happy I am with the Yoga Shack, I was in a really bad Motorcycle accident and suffer from chronic pain, Finally after a year and a half of physio therapy I got a note from my Doctor to try yoga .. After looking for a reasonably priced yoga studio I stumbled onto the yoga shack, And am I thankful I did Dale is Patient and helps me to acheive those yoga poses that I struggle with .. I couldn't Recommend his studio enough the atmosphere is Amazing he goes above and beyond …… I can say that my Chronic Pain is now Manaegable … I feel so much better … Thank you Yoga shack you helped me a grest deal
