New ownership really disappointed - now run out of Surrey. I had to pay my staff 2 hours overtime waiting for them to deliver late as they missed the ferry. They still didn't show up and I had to let my people go home evenutally (7pm). When they delivered our skids the next day, they delivered them in an open flatbed in the rain even though they knew it was cardboard packaging - they gave me "their word" not to do it in the open flatbed but did it anyway. We tried to have a diplomatic conversation about a new rate due to the damage, they didn't respond, and then they threatened my business with a collection agency. Also tried to tell us they did us a favour by not charging an overnight fee (what?! we had an agreed rate and they didn't show up...). My company worked with old Aztec owners a long time ....switched over to another local company that has really good service. Seriously poor relationship and operational management for a vanilla delivery

Hands down the best trucking company on Vancouver island.
