Honest, genuine father-and-son with skill in their craft, and integrity. As someone who honestly doesn’t know that much about cars, I felt cared for and safe here. I’ve been looking for a trustworthy auto shop and this is where I’ll be going.

Mike and his team have worked on our company vehicles several times. Each time they have shown amazing customer services, hard work ethic, got the job done within a reasonable time and for a competitive price. I will continue to use Burkmar Automotive for my company and personal automotive needs.

Our daughter's car broke down on the Patricia's Bay highway. We had it towed to the Burkmar Automotive because the shop has 5 star review. They indicated to us it would cost $1000 to replace the fuel pump. We agreed even though a new pump on Amazon costs only $370+tax. The next day she came to pick up the car and now they wanted $1300. When she disagreed with the charges, the shop told her "you either pay, or no car". What kind of gang operation is this they are running! They bullied our daughter who badly needed her car to return to Metro Vancouver. We would like to warn and CAUTION any other potential customers about our terrible experience dealing with this Burkmar Automotive shop.

Great customer service, good prices, and trustworthy.

I have been going to Burkmar for my Honda maintenance since it was Cordova Bay Esso. Although it is not as convenient for me to get there now, I continue to go to Mike and his team as their prices are reasonable and they provide honest, good service.
