I have had only great experiences with this location. I recently acquired a mailbox due to a move here, and the person helping me was great and fun!
Subsequent visits have continued in that vein; particularly close to Christmas time when things were crazy busy, they were very helpful, efficient, and full of fun. Always a pleasure visiting their location.
Can’t even deliver a package to my apartment. They dropped it off at another apartment in who knows where. Can they even read an address?
With all the bad reviews so far I feel the need to give my own. I had an awesome service there today. The lady at the desk helped me with my passport renewal as well. Shortly after my visit it got busy and a second employee came to help.
Overall great experience :))
The people who work here have always been kind, helpful and friendly to me. It's a fine enough location, though it's a shame that CP doesn't let this location have flat rate ship boxes!
