I took my cat in for an appointment yesterday with Dr. Van Wyk and I was very impressed by the experience. Despite COVID measures in place, I was greeted straight away and taken into the exam room right on time. I went in for a quick yearly checkup to make sure my high-maintenance cat is healthy and the exam was completed quickly and thoroughly with a clean bill of health! The staff were all friendly and efficient, and it was a pleasure to deal with everyone. As someone who has just moved to Campbell River, I will definitely be returning.

The vets and staff here are AMAZING! I heard about them shortly after moving to town, when another dog owner that I met on walking trails highly recommended them. They’ve been kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and taken excellent care of my dear pup. They even called a couple days after treating an injury to check on how he was doing and see if I had any questions. I can’t recommend this vet hospital enough!

After being a client for 15 years I had a pet emergency this morning requiring him be seen the same day (I called at 10am). They informed me that they were "too busy" to see my pet even though it was an emergency and suggested I "call around to other offices". That is completely unacceptable the they do not treat emergency nor do they value long time dedicated clients. I will never be back. I call Campbell River Vet and they took my pet immediately. Thank goodness. I am so disappointed at the lack of care and empathy to my sick animal. Carmen Clark

It was a short visit just to have Sophie's nails trimmed. But they are so kind and my dog is happy.
