Very clean, no entrance fee and the sights are very relaxing

I love it here! I love taking the kids to the park and letting them play and make music, and climb trees and get back to nature. I also enjoy walking the 4km loop around the lakes. It’s so nice to have a place like this in the city. When you get way back in the trees on the hill you can hardly hear any traffic, and you get that wilderness feeling, it’s wonderful. I’ve had my child in preschool here and she loved it. She also attended a few of the “Schools Out” day camps and always has a blast and comes home so tired, because they played outside and adventured so much.

Very cool playground for the kids. It was all in the shade, so it was great on the hot day we went. There was a 1km paved trail (wheelchair and stroller accessible) and a 4km gravel trail that had hills and stairs. There's a gift shop and a small snack bar, as well as a little museum and art gallery. If you go, take a book with you to exchange for free.

This is my new found love! I don't even know how to properly express how beautiful and enriching it feels to walk around Kerry Wood! I love their building with all the interactive knowledge and their gift shop is full of cute surprises! My honey and I plan to go for a walk every weekend around the trails. I'm very thankful this place exists, it feels great to be surrounded by nature :)
