Lily Pad Lingerie

I purchased a ph item and was not informed of the return policy. In looking at my receipt I took it to mean no return on lingerie items only, me which is common sense. They were annoyed I wanted to return an unopened item and refused. Poor customer service. To be annoyed at a return and to be abrupt about the policy. Will not go back nor recommend.
