Love the trainers. They are friendly, encouraging, and able modify challenges due to my limitations.
What I like best is that it is slightly different every time I attend and I really appreciate the personalized attention from the trainers. The round I enjoy the most is when there's free style: I've never enjoyed working out as much as I do on that round! Not only does this give me a challenging workout, but it also engages my brain, compared to so many routines which are mindless and repetitive!
Tried the first free workout at this location and it was the best time ever! The two trainers were great!
Great experience everytime I visit 9Round on Regent! Everybody, the staff and the owner are very supportive and friendly!! At first, I was really hesitant to come and try it, but it changed coz they are very welcoming and very dedicated with what theyre doing and I think that is really important to have a support system in your journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle!
