I was amazed at how quickly they got information for packages and got them sent. The workers are quick and efficient! They were really friendly too!

Very nice and efficient staff. I only wish there was a safe way for me to drop off packages that I have already paid for online without having to wait in the lineup.

Friendly but Horribly Untrained! I am a small business owner who has shipped thousands of art prints, books, shirts and pins over the past 2 years. I used to go to the office in Oak Bay (Pharmasave) who knew what they were doing. This place is so slow with processing orders, if you are shipping multiple items or are a business owner avoid this place at all costs. I am currently dealing with emails from people not receiving their orders because the lady weighed my mailers claiming they were "just slightly overweight" (with 2 sheets of paper inside that have NEVER been overweight the thousands of times I've shipped them before). I'm not exaggerating, this is my business. She marked the mailers "return to sender" even though we return to that location every couple of days even though she KNOWS we return to that location frequently. The mailers are now all destroyed so I've lost roughly $100 worth of product. It's frustrating these people don't know what they are doing when it's their job and they are paid well to do a sub-par job.
