Went in last night to pick up a few things.
The cashier saw our fabric bag in the basket and told us that they don't allow them in the store. I know the other stories aren't allowing them on the counter but they let you bag your own groceries in your cart or on the pull out ledge at the end. She made us carry our purchased groceries outside in the basket and bag them on the ground!! This is above and beyond ridiculous!
Co op even offered to bag my groceries for me when I was there the other day. So it's obvious who will be getting my business from now on.
All common sense has gone out the window here.
Like most grocery stores, they are doing their best to keep their shelves stocked and provide a safe environment for shopping during the pandemic.

Selection is pretty good and stock levels too. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
Good prices, nice selection of imported goods at reasonable prices (great source for my British candies and original Cadbury chocolate - yes it is a different recipe in North America). Small shop so aisles are tight but you can usually get everything you need.
