I have been going there for ten years with rabbits and cats. Everyone there has always been helpful and caring. They take the time to answer questions. They are very loving to the animals. You can tell they are doing what they love.

Dr. Adams will go to lengths to ensure all avenues have been looked into. Speaking with a few locals, it was mentioned that her years of experience and expertise will give you comfort in knowing your pet is being cared for by a top veterinarian. In conjonction with Dr. Soucy's experience, between the two of them, it is a well rounded team. The only reason I haven't left a 5 star review is because there are a lot of new faces and it takes time to create a solid rapport.

I had dealt with this hospital for close to twenty years with no complaints. However, over the past several years, there has been quite a turnover in front desk staff. I find they are quite unprofessional over the phone in particular. No patience.

Always a professional and compassionate experience. We have been going Fairvale Animal Hospital for 13 years. Always a good experience considering why we are there.They always look after our dogs and know what they are doing. This is a busy clinic, but they are still professional no matter how stressful their day may be.

I have been a client for many years. I call there on a regular basis because my dog has EPI and requires medication to digest his food. So when I called on three different times on Friday they keep putting me on hold so I decided just to go in. When I arrived their was one lady being served, who was my relative and myself. I told the front desk girl I was there to pick up dog food and pank aid (which I previously called about many times) and she proceeds to give me the dog food but told me I had to wait another 30 minutes for the meds. I told her I didn't understand as it was always in and out. I said I would wait and during that time my friend came into pick up ashes , we went outside to chat, next thing I know the owner comes out to speak to my friend and says she has to talk to me and tells me to find another clinic. WOW. Very unprofessional on the owners part. She doesn't explain herself. Better watch out, if the owner is having a bad day you could be next! Very negative environment. I am sure there are clinics that run more efficently and actually care about their clients and their pets. I would no longer recommend Fairville, due to high prices, poor communication, and you're treated like an inconvenience by the front desk staff while you're there.
