Been irritated and having issues with the library since last year, they never answered phones or emails. (Even before Covid) Couldn’t get ahold of anyone for help. Books are not badly priced, depending what your getting. For curb side pick up they never give you the emails stating that your text book is there, or if it did say it is there they turn out not to be. I find there needs to be better communication phone and email wise. I found out yesterday there was an email saying that the status of my book was ready and I go to the store to only have them tell me it’s being shipped to me instead.. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Curbside pick up was easy to find and access

A bookstore worh not only books but school supplies and art supplies. Academia paper, large drawing paper is available for a fair price. There are also drawing supplies for your needs: various erasers and blenders, drawing pencil sets, pastels, watercolor pencils, charcoal, rulers of a few different kinds, etc. You can also get a painting set if you are a student or an art enthusiast, paint in professional grade, Golden.

Good store, used prices are usually fairly reasonable, make sure you buy your texts at the start of semester as they may send it back to the publisher mid term.

Prices too high. Won't match third party prices on amazon.ca, books are always late coming in or they come in in an insufficient number, store credit on refunds only... I could go on. This does not have the Students interests as a priority.
