I would like to thanks hair club for my new look. Its been few months I am visit this place. The are very professional, clean (proper COVID precautions) and know what they are doing. The customer service is very supportive especially the manager and Reza. My stylist was Mellisa and she did wonderful job on me. I would highly recommend this place.

First on the phone consultation I was told that the treatment was for 3 months than in appointment it became 1 year then first month my hair started falling more but that was expected as I was using minoxidil and the lady told me to stop idling cleanser spray as I hav dry scalp then 2nd month it became more and more itchy as I used the product daily after second appointment they gave me another conditioner for itchy scalp by now my hair was falling in chunks and the lady told my to wash my hair every other day and start the spray again I did it became more itchy then I called they said don’t use the product we will call u in week and see no call I called them they said oh well stop the spray I said ok well cancel my subscriptions for next month if I want I’ll restart the treatment they said they’ll talk to manager and hung up on me then I called in two weeks to confirm if they did oh they were like sure we will do thatwhen I said the condition was bad for my skull as skin was falling off they said oh contact the doctor it’s not out product but before using the product my hair was fine just falling a lot as soon as I stop using the product I am fine I tested thr theory I asked for. A refund for the month as I will return the product because I only used it for 6 7 days this months I don’t mind not getting refund it’s just they didn’t care at all about my hair I asked for a appointment when I started getting worse 2weekd ago they said no need for that u just change how u use the product I wasted my money and condition of my hair I am a girl in my early 20 and their fall due to stress but they just made it worse

Everyone there is so nice always super friendly and accommodating. I use to hate getting hair cuts but now I love it.

I’d like to thank Hair Club Vancouver for the amazing customer service and making me feel comfortable every visit. I am in my early 30s and have been facing thinning and balding since I was 18. I have always just shaved my head or wore a ball cap, but now with this incredible option, I now have a full head of hair. Not only do I have a full head of hair, I am more confident and happy with my appearance as a person in whole. Would not have been possible without hair clubs assistance. The hair stylists and staff are always up beat, and positive - making it even more enjoyable coming in for my appointments.

This place is good, and they diagnose you, etc., but the treatments are way too expensive! They were asking me to fork over $1500, for my particular problem, and people can get the same hair growth serums, shampoos and conditioners, and laser treatment combs, etc., for a more affordable price elsewhere! There's no way that I'll pay $1500, when I'm low income and can't afford it!
