The service here used to be good, but now it’s pathetic. The staff don’t listen to your instructions and the way groom your beard is pathetic. I have requested them to stay at a safe distance, have a look at my beard first and then proceed with trimming it. The way they responded was so rude that I had no other option left other than to stay silent and leave.

Exceptional service! Especially with Covid everywhere, they are very careful always. Takes all proper safety measures. I had hair smoothening. The stylist asks your specific needs and gives you best results. Very polite. Transparent dealings. Amazing!!

The lady is talkative, not a professional. My hair cut was bad, and pressurize to get a good tip. I would have been happy to tip if the service was good. What a waste of time and $200
