First visit awful, very pricey, the receptionist was very rude, awful and charged extra not asked for. She asked uz to leave after charging $30 extra and said "go somewhere else and don't come back." Nice customer service wrapped with insult. First experience with nails was awful. Don't recommend anyone.

I didn’t mind my nails, but I am annoyed about the price I paid. Although it’s my fault for going along with it and just paying $10 extra, they have no right to charge me for something I didn’t ask for. I asked for an acrylic full set, which is $35 and got a manicure for $10. That should be $45. I told this to my tech; I wanted acrylic. Turns out, he did UV gel without telling me and since I haven’t gotten fake nails done before, I didn’t know the difference. When I was paying, I got charged an extra $10 for the UV gel without being informed and being me, I paid it and was confused the whole time for what I got charged for. I later figured out it’s because he gave me gel nails I didn’t ask for nor did I want to pay for. Satisfied with my nails, but not the price I paid since I got charged more than I should have. Don’t know if I will come back.

The best nail place in vancouver they do their best to make sure you are happy.

First visit and it was excellent! My nail technician was polite and super gentle. I had acrylic nails removed and shellac polish done. I’m very impressed by the quality and care taken to do a great job! Thank you

Nails were pretty but there was leftover acrylic under the nail that I had to file off myself
