I'm so happy with my lash lift! 😊 the price was definitely worth it for the value and experience. I can't stop looking at my eyes! Vivian and the staff are warm and very kind and accommodating for me, my mom and grandma, will be back thank you again!

At the first procedure, there were no problems so didn't know you are disappointed. I could have fixed if you told me but I am so sorry for your dissatisfaction. We are always trying our best and tried to use the best product for customers. We will take your opinion carefully and make sure to give customers best service. Terrible all together. Me and my sister went there looking for a new nail place and 4 days after getting a full set acrylic nail I had two nails break off and my sister only had three left on all together. They don’t have a good selection of colour I asked for 014 which is peach and instead she gave me a purple she said that’s what I picked even tho I took a picture of the colour and number I wanted so I remembered what I wanted by the time it came to getting my nails painted. She kept getting annoyed if we moved in a little as well. I’m honestly confused how their even running but don’t let your self get scammed it’s not worth the nail suicide.

I bought a groupon for reflexology. It was soooo goood!! Unfortunately, theres only one person who does it and she only works friday so I had to work around my work schedule. But! they were super accommodating, they said anytime before 6pm is ok! I showed up a bit early and they took me in right away. Ive had many reflexologies before and i recommend this place! The place was clean and they rent out to several other businesses (lash, nail, etc). They also have free parking in the back so you dont have to pay on kingsway meter. The person who answer has a strong Vietnamese accent, but she was super nice!! Overall, the cheap amount i paid for the groupon was super worth the quality and what i got. The reflexologist was knowledgable with feet and what connects to the rest of the body. She didn't speak english well but tried to make conversation. WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

I went in for a lash lift. Terrible. My lashes were so straight, the side view looked awful. And the tips of my lashes were curled in a way that made my lashes get stuck in between my eyelid. How does that even happen?! I ended up buying a kit myself to fix this. And the results were 100% better than what I paid $40+ for. And the procedure wasn’t very gentle. My eye lids (base where the eye lashes grow out) felt like they were being scratched.
