I had a great experience with EbikBC. They provided me with a thorough review of their technology, discussed options with me, and even with consultation on suitable bike for conversion, and did the whole conversion for me. Also, they were honest and caring; for example, they recommended that I get a smaller battery capacity and they could add it later if I needed it. They made good recommendations to changing the bike to be more comfortable for my needs. I have had the bike now for 4 weeks without any problems. UPDATE: 3 years later. The e-bike continues to work without any issues to any of the components. Very happy with this product quality.

I purchased a bike in Oct 2020. There's lots to like about it, but am frustrated with the support offered by the company. First, they say the bike goes 50-80km on a charge, when clearly it doesn't (and I sweat when I ride, using level 3). The screws holding the panel came out in the first week. More than a week ago my lights stopped working. I sent an email to the company to get it fixed and didn't hear back for four days, with an apology and said to reach out again if I was still having problems. I did, that was 4 days ago and I still haven't heard back. Disappointing!

It was a pleasure purchasing Ebikes from EbikeBC. They were very professional, realistic about timing and knowledgable about their products. We enjoyed the scheduling process at their shop. You schedule to test ride the bikes and then you also schedule to pick up your Ebike. We purchased two Envo D35's. We ride them everywhere never worrying about the length or the hills involved. They are awesome!

Excellent service and so friendly. Every person from the mechanics to sales associates smiled and greeted me. They also fixed my bike and took the time to help me understand what they were doing. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I will buy my next e-bike there for sure and continue to use them for servicing. Thank you!
