I found piano inside from Google search. Online quotation platform was easy to use, and James replied back instantly. His team showed up on time and moved my piano very professionally, protecting not only the piano but also taking good care of floor. I love the way James took photos and shared me every single details. No wonder why piano inside has very good reviews.

Timely, professional, no-hassle service. They showed up when the said they would, picked up an upright piano, took lots of pictures, drove 40km, and delivered it to me. They handled a tight spot with great care. Lots of protection for the piano. No damage. Showed me the pics from the pickup location to compare. Very satisfied

James and his team were fantastic. They arrived right on time (even a little earlier), were extremely professional, and friendly. Even with about a day’s notice, they were able to come out to Peterborough on a long weekend and move my piano into their storage facility. They took a lot of care while moving (laying out carpets, wrapping things up, etc.) and I even booked him for its next tuning after they drop my piano off. After I tipped his movers, I tried to tip him — he gave it to his movers saying they deserve it instead. Class act. I would highly recommend him and his team.

We booked these guys to tune our piano after they initially moved the piano to our house. James came and quickly diagnosed that our piano needs 3 tunings in order to reach the right tune. He wasn't pushy or anything but presented all the options that we could take, which I really appreciated. He was able to answer all our questions and explained clearly. We will definitely be using him for our next 2 tunings!

I would highly recommend James and his piano moving company. The crew was professional and friendly. They arrived right on time. They handled the piano with such great care. They were very considerate of their surroundings. The street parking provided some challenges, but they made it work. I am looking forward to working with them for the move back.
