We really appreciated the quickness, efficiency and care that Charles and the team took to assist us with our move. Not only was he very careful to ensure everything was transported carefully, he was unlike movers we had in the past that waste time! Charles was absolutely great! He went above and beyond to give us the best, smoothest move possible. We will definitely be using this company again for future moves! We appreciate it greatly!

I used Power Moving for 3 times when i moved last year and this year. I was extremely satisfied after the first move. So, I booked them for an additional 2 moves, for my rental homes. Again the best service and timely service i could want. Professional and reliable , which was very important for me and my wife. I also referred them to my sister-in-law for a long move from London to Barrie. It was 17 degrees below zero that day and I didnt hear one complaint from these moving people. And the price was right ! For me I will say , not just good movers , but a WOW for service !! Thank you guys for your service and see you for the next big move. TR

Be careful if choosing this company for local moves in the GTA area. For starters they have an email on their quote that I used to etransfer the deposit. I was told the day of moving when time to pay that they did not receive the etrasfer and it was my fault because I did not sent to the right email. Obviously they don't check the email that is on the quote. A follow up email was placed to confirm receipt of payment but was never responded to This process to sort out payment issue took almost 2 hours after move was finished They would not let us close the door and men stood there waiting. The movers took an extra half hour of travel to stop for gas. When asked the ETA they sent a text confirming they stopped for gas. When I approached company on this issue they said it was because of the heavy load. The load was three elevators of furniture from a 350 sq foot bachelor I offered to send the text from the drivers and at that time was given a half hour discount from the bill. On both occasions when inquiring about issues I was told I was the problem and not the company or movers. I had used this company twice for out of GTA area. They were very good on both occasions, which is why I suggested them for my daughters move from Toronto to Oshawa. When I received a letter from the company responding to my complaints, I was told by James that I had not shown any appreciation or thanked the movers from the first two moves. Again accusing me of being a poor customer. On both of the past occasions I not only expressed gratitude for great work, I gave them very significant tips. Seems this company feels they are not accountable for any negative feedback. If using this company for out of GTA they were very professional and careful Above and beyond. I would highly discourage anyone from using them in Toronto. That was a horrible experience with movers as well as the office. The administration of this company is a bit sketchy.

This company is extremely unprofessional. My friends used this companies services just last week and it was the worst customer service experience we have ever received. Where do I even begin. Here is a list 1.This company is not committed in their timings: they were an hour late, it was a 1 bedroom move which they estimated to be 3 hours but they ended up working slower than a turtle and took a full 6 hours to move 1 bedroom within downtown. 2. One of the movers was extremely lazy & both were inefficient : He was walking slower than my friend who was helping out (after paying them over$1000) with a SPRAINED Ankle. They did not use dollys until I asked them to in order so speed up the process. Why should i be telling them how to do their job efficiently? Its because they were being paid per hour and they were trying to milk the system. dishonesty to the core. 3. They parked illegally and got a ticket as a result which they expected us to pay for or else they will "stop their services" and leave the stuff where it was. I mean at this rate, might as well at the rate they were going. 4. The coordinator, James Lee was an awful human being. We sent him an e-transfer as payment as it was one of the options but since it was a big amount it probably took a couple of minutes to go through. He then threatens to stop the work if the money is not in the account. my friend sent him the reference #, showed him a screenshot that clearly says she sent it but he wanted to stop production. When we told him hes scamming us and its not fair, he threatened to throw our stuff out on the road and leave since we said he was scamming us. 5. the company has not once responded to the multiple emails we have sent to have some of the key issues discussed. Again, terrible customer service. Somethings this company should know: We had 2 movers, Gurpreet and Sukhwinder. Sukhwinder is a terrible mover and he's ruining your reputation. Gurpreet was single handedly (literally because they didn't use any dollys) moved majority of the items. Sukwinder on the other hand would disappear for 15 mins each time he went to get something to load. Once he only returned with a small ziplock bag (NOT JOKING) and put that in the house. It was a joke. It wasn't until I showed up a little later and asked them both to start using dollys to speed up the process! If this company has any respect, ethical or moral standards when it comes to customer service, they would provide my friend Aiman Khan a partial refund for the terrible treatment she and her partner was given. I will amend this review if they do right by her. If not, well folks you just read what happened. This company will continue scamming innocent people in vulnerable situations.

So it's been over a week since we used Power Moving. We paid close to 1100$ for a one bedroom move which took more than 6 hours. The other place was 8 mins drive away. My partner Aiman has left the review below I would urge you to read it. They got back to us and offered us Cad $100 to take the reviews down but honestly, if you click on their positive reviews most of them are fake. The postive reviews which look bought are either not even based out of Canada or are profiles created only for one review and have a standard fake message. We don't want someone else to be duped into thinking that they're good by seeing such high ratings and that's why we had our friends also comment (Our friends were horrified, watching with us how bad these movers were). They didn't wear masks, they damaged some of our furniture, beyond stressed us and they have not apologised for anything really. My ankle is sprained as we really had to work till exhaustion and power through the pain as the movers were that incompetent or just would dissappear for a while. Power moving will always have an excuse for everything. But these are still the facts. 1100 CAD, 6+ hours, 1 bedroom pre-packed and disassembled ready to go move. We didn't take the 100$ offered because we believe it's not worth duping someone else into getting their highly rated service on Google and Facebook. So responding to the reply saying your positive reviews are not fake then please explain why once you click on the reviewers profile they have never reviewed any other place or live not even in Canada. Secondly I should mention your movers asked us to help as they knew if they did the move themselves it would take them 8 to 10 hours to move or maybe longer. As far as the quote goes, so you are saying what you say on the phone (I have detailed notes) are different than what you put on the quote (and force us to accept) so always read the fine print as power moving says 'we as a company lie to our customers'. Thanks for the update. As far as wrapping goes interesting you mentioned that as no furniture was not wrapped, except the Tv (which shouldn't take 45 mins) (no beds or anything else was wrapped as claimed by your quote). In conclusion you are saying it costs close to Cad $1100 to move a pre-packed 1 bed less than 10 mins drive. So anyone reading this, please remember to empty your wallets as I can guarantee you, other moving companies will be cheaper and more professional. Also are you going to address how your movers (you call professionals) make $16 an hour (so are going to milk the hours) and you charge $120 an hour.
