I hadd a newborn baby. The baby needed the first week check up. The clinic said the baby needs to register as if she is a new patient even if the both parents are a regular patient of a family doctor at this clinic. The new patient process took more than 3 weeks for us and the baby had to go to maternity clinic for the check up. As a parent, I cannot recommend this clinic as they failed to deliver the care to my newborn baby due to their policy. If you are starting a new family, try finding another family doctor with reasonable policy to the baby

Dr. Dai is a consummate professional with a calm demeanor who I feel takes his time to get me better. In particular, He does not rush patients out the door, listens intently to my concerns, formulates a effective plan and most important, he follows up with me.

Very clean clinic, lots of time slot options so you can make it work with your schedule, and the general manager is kind. I came at the wrong time (technically missed my appointment) and she didn't charge me anything for my mistake. The doctor I saw took her time to listen to what I was saying and I very much appreciate that. Generally a good experience here

Keep bothering me for forms I've already filled out. Done filling out the forms before my appointment. The reception still calls me and asks the details for the forms. Also some serious privacy concern with the reception. Put me on hold while I was in the virtual waiting room. Then the reception picks up calls with speaker on. I can hear the whole conversation.

I am lucky that Dr. Yue (Leo) Dai is our family doctor since last 5 years. Very excellent and knowledgeable. Staff is good and friendly.
