BCAA Road Assist Depot

They no longer do on-site tire patching. They then offered to tow my car from my house to a workshop to have the tire done.. I found that to be completely absurd. Why would I remove my vehicle from my house at extreme cost if all I need is a patch on one tire? They tried all sorts of ways to convince me to have a tow truck come and remove my vehicle from my own garage. I informed them that would not be happening under any circumstances. Everything else that they offer can be done by even the most minimally competent person, so what's the point of bcaa now? In my opinion, nothing. I have since ended my membership with them and I recommend that you do the same.

They saved me twice within the same month! They’ve once towed my car after from the middle of the road and they’ve once helped me unlock my car after having my key locked in! If I had to pay for these two services, I would have paid way more than my annual subscription fee with BCAA. Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately had to use bcaa service twice last week. Drivers were so awesome. Knowledgeable and helpfully. Will be a member till I'm too old to drive. Thanku

These guys even i wasn't subscribed to any insurance policy with them. But they gave me best advise. I will surely choose these guys

Today I used my plus membership to get a tow to my mechanic. The operator on the phone was super nice, and then the driver who showed up, Jordan, was the literally nicest/friendliest dude ever. I wish I knew his last name, because I want to shout him out properly, but Jordan, you’re the man. Thanks for the help!
