Cynthia has been a wealth of knowledge in helping me prepare for and follow through with the incorporation of my business. When it came time for my company's incorporation, she took the time to answer each of my questions and to really come up with the best structure to suit my business needs for the present and for future tax planning. I was really impressed where she didn't know the answer to some of my more situation specific questions. She quickly followed up with the correct information, often in a matter of a few hours. Naturally, when it came time for my girlfriend to start her own business, Cynthia was the lawyer that I introduced her to, knowing that she would be well taken care of.
