Anita was great, helped me through the the whole process of bottling wine for the first time to give out to my customers at Shack Shine as a thank you for being awesome. Definitely a great experience and wine tastes great

Anita and the gang are awesome, and the wine is so good! Anita really knows her stuff and is so helpful when choosing wines. She really pays attention to what I like and helps me narrow down my choices. She hits it out of the park every time! And it's always a great experience when I'm in bottling. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! And the place is so clean and inviting!
I have nothing but the best things to say about this place. Customer service is always fantastic, and the people there truly make it feel like you are like family. I was a bit hesitant about buying 31 bottles of the same wine, but then went in on it with a few friends. Each of us got a different wine so we could do a wine swap. Turned out great! Anita (the owner) is fantastic and truly knows her wine. Highly recommend.
I been making wine with Anita at the Fermented Grape for the past 5 years and I can’t say enough about the passion and dedication of Anita and all the staff. The products offered are excellent, Anita’s knowledge of wine and suggestions have always hit the mark. Innovations such as being able to barrel age your wine continue to make The Fermented Grape the go to place for wine, not only in Burnaby but the Greater Vancouver Area!
