This was an awesome experience to work with the team at Flat Rate Relocation. Moving is stressful, so working with professionals and caring individuals makes a world of difference. They answered all my questions, gave helpful details, were responsive and took such care with making sure my things from Oregon made its way to Vancouver B.C. in good keeping. I appreciate their expertise on the move and dealing with a cross border delivery. We will definitely refer others and use this company again. Thank you to Leo, Sef and Jason.

We moved from US to Canada, Leo was so attentive to all our needs regarding our move. It was one of the easiest transactions I have made regarding our relocation. He would alway email me to let me know what was happening and making sure we were on the same page. Not to mention the driver. Seth was perfect! He brought our stuff with so much care and had a smile on his face the whole entire time. He also wrapped EVERYTHING that we left outside from the boxes with a blanket and tape. Our stuff stayed about 8 days in their storage in CA free of charge because our house was not ready yet. FREE OF CHARGE!!!! When Seth and another great guy came to deliver our stuff they were extremely careful and there was not a single broken glass or scratch in our stuff. I cannot describe how happy I am with this smooth move. They are just fantastic! From day one til the end we had all support we needed and quick responses regarding our concerns. Price was also cheaper comparing to many other companies. I don't regret for a second doing business with them.

Everything went really well. Very impressed with the services. The correspondence with Leo was taken care professionally and quickly. The movers were fantastic. They were on time with prior cell phone communication. They were fast, efficient and took care of my daughter’s belongings like it was their own. All furniture gets wrapped in blankets. We won’t hesitate to recommend Flat Rate Relocation Inc. to anyone. It was a super positive experience. We are glad we chose them.

I was very impressed with how courteous and professional this whole team was. Leo was always available to answer any questions I had and was very responsive. Sef, who handled and directed physical move was fantastic! I would recommend these guys to anyone!
