Two Small Men with Big Hearts, Burnaby

We used Two Small Men to pick up donated furniture from three different locations and store it at our location till a later date. The estimate was very reasonable for the services provided and their interaction with the customer was extremely clear, friendly and supportive. I did call a few other places and get frustrating responses. They were outstanding, professional and quick in how they handled my queries and responded to my requests. They were punctual in their arrival at the various locations and they went about moving the furniture in a very organized and satisfactory manner. I was not present at the pickup locations but every single pick up location reported a very satisfactory and pleasing interaction with the movers. They also arranged all the furniture in an organized manner in the space provided. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely recommend for personal and professional use.

December 9,2020 is a date I will never forgot. I wasn’t looking forward to moving. When I met all three of the movers they were so pleasant and informed me that they will follow my instructions. All the movers did a fantastic job, not only the packing part but helping me go through a rough time and making it a great time. The day was well worth it and I will always call on them for my next move. I felt a bond with them and they are an amazing crew. We were sooooo pleased with the service we received from Two Small Men with Big Hearts. The movers worked hard, and fast and never complained. They barely took breaks and were constantly on the go. I would and have been recommending them to friends. Great overall cost and great worth ethic by the team. Very pleased!!!

Its my third move using Two Small Men. As usual the guys were fast and professional. Very communicative, helpful and informative, making sure everything was exactly to my expectations.

We cannot say how much we dislike moving but the father and son team Tony and Jake were fantastic. They were on time, made sure all the runners were placed on the carpet and super careful with our furniture. Best of all, they were quick and focused on exactly what they were there to do! Absolutely best in class experience and we highly recommend Two Small Men movers and especially Tony and Jake!
