first star is for answering all of our questions on the phone very well the first time even though we had told him it was to compare for insurance. The second star is for having answered the phone always in a friendly way the other times also that we called to tell him that he still had not come to estimate the roof of the house. The first time he gave us an appointment with his colleague before noon and he never came. The other 3 times he replied that he had no time but that he was going to go the next day and give us news. We are understandable if he told us from the start that they cannot do the esteem for 2 weeks or 1 month or not at all, but making the same mistake 4 times is not respectful and professional.

1 month and a half never had my estimate ... following your answer, I asked for the estimate this year to do the work next year and you knew it. You told me that the estimate would be made. I called you 5 times.
